What is Leveled Meetings?
A real-time collaborative discussion tool for meetings, talks, and workshops. Participants join via a code and contribute comments organized by topic — no app install needed.
Do I need an account to participate?
No. Participants can join anonymously with just an emoji and display name. Organizers need a Google account to create sessions.
How do I join a session?
Enter the join code shared by your host at leveledmeetings.com, or use the direct link they share.
Is my data private?
Session content is visible only to participants. We don't sell data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Isn't meeting dysfunction a culture problem, not a software problem?
There is a lot of truth in that. We are not claiming software can make a team kinder or flatten a hierarchy, and we would be skeptical of anything that said it could. The claim we would actually make is narrower. A spoken meeting can only run one voice at a time, so airtime is scarce, and scarce airtime tends to get won by whoever has the most rank or the most confidence. That is a constraint of the format, not a failing of the people in the room. Leveled Meetings removes that particular constraint by letting everyone contribute in writing at the same time, so the thinking that usually gets crowded out has somewhere to go. It does not decide anything for you, and the person who owns the call still owns it. It just tends to put more of the room's real thinking on the table before that call gets made.
Where's the AI?
The AI is already here — and now it works in multiple ways to enhance your meetings.
Bring Your Own AI Agents
Integrate your AI agents into sessions as active participants via MCP. This allows humans and AIs to collaboratively give structured feedback side by side, ensuring comprehensive input from all intelligent entities on your team.
Enable the AI Digest
Switch on an optional advisory layer that reads the written discussion and surfaces what matters — as the same little emoji chips your room already uses:
- ✅ action item
- ❓ open question
- 🔍 needs research
- 🚩 needs review
That last one, 🚩, is your automated-moderation helper — it quietly flags possible bullying or badgering for the host and moderators only, to confirm or dismiss. It never hides anything on its own.
The Digest never writes or posts — people author every word. Off by default, opt-in per session for one credit. AI that serves the room, not one that takes it over.
Security & Data Protection
Here's the short version — see Trust & Security for the full picture.
Hosting & Infrastructure
Hosted on AWS (us-east-1), fronted by Cloudflare. TLS in transit, encrypted at rest. We're not SOC 2 certified today, but we build on infrastructure that is.
Privacy-First Approach
We never sell your data or share your session content with third parties. Your conversations are confidential.
For Organizers (Speakers)
Billing & Credits
How much does it cost?
Sessions cost credits based on size and duration. A small session (≤10 people, 30 min) costs 1 credit. See our pricing page for the full matrix.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you create or extend a session. They can be purchased in a one-off manner or via a subscription.
Can I extend a session that's running?
Yes. Extensions are billed as the difference between your current duration and the new duration — you only pay for the extra time. Extension changes duration, not the contribution cap.
What's the difference between packs and the subscription?
Packs are one-time purchases that expire after 4 months. This gives you the opportunity to only pay for what you need without having to sign up. Signing up does give you a better rate.
What is the credit cap for Pro subscribers?
Pro subscribers can accumulate up to 120 subscription credits. Each month you receive up to 60 new credits, but the subscription balance won't exceed 120. This cap only applies to subscription credits — pack credits are separate and unlimited.
Do pack credits and subscription credits stack?
Yes. They're independent pools. Buying packs won't affect your subscription grant. Credits are consumed from whichever source expires soonest.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
No credits are clawed back. Remaining subscription credits are converted to 4-month expiry so you can keep using them.
Can I switch between Pro and Lite?
Of course, this is all powered by Stripe, so switching your billing cadence and product is up to you.
Moderation & Limits
How does moderation work?
As the session owner, you can flag/hide inappropriate messages, kick participants, grant moderator roles, and rotate join codes. Moderators can do everything except demote other moderators.
Can I pre-assign a moderator?
Yes. Enter their email when creating a session. When they join, they're automatically granted moderator status.
What's the session contribution limit?
Sessions cap at 2,000 contributions to keep the experience fast. You'll see warnings at 75% and 90%. Start a new session to continue.
Can participants flag content anonymously?
By default yes, but you can disable anonymous flagging in session settings.
For Participants
Can I be kicked from a session?
Yes, the organizer or a moderator can remove you. If kicked, you cannot rejoin that session.
What happens when I flag a message?
It's immediately hidden from your view. If enough people flag the same message, it's hidden for everyone (except moderators).
Is my identity visible to others?
If you join anonymously, others see your chosen emoji and display name — not your real identity. If you join with a Google account, your display name is visible.
